Qarlo provides a platform for tagging personal belongings with QR codes and facilitating anonymous communication between item owners and finders. Qarlo does not guarantee the return of any lost item.
Qarks are a virtual in-app currency with no monetary value. They cannot be converted to cash, transferred between accounts (except via referrals), or exchanged outside the Qarlo platform. Qarlo reserves the right to modify the Qarks economy at any time.
You agree not to use Qarlo to harass, stalk, or threaten other users. Misuse of the anonymous chat system, submission of false community reports, or any fraudulent use of the referral system may result in account termination.
Reports must be truthful and relate to genuine incidents in your local area. Qarlo reserves the right to remove any report that violates community standards.
All content, branding, and code on qarlo.online is the property of Qarlo. You may not copy or redistribute it without written permission.
Qarlo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including loss of property.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
